1. Services Provided

Minax Web Solutions provides Shopify store setup, e-commerce design, and website structuring services. By engaging with our services (including "Website Clarity Sessions"), you agree to these terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure your store is "sales-ready," we require timely communication. Clients are responsible for:

Providing necessary branding assets (logos, images, copy).

Setting up their own Shopify subscription and third-party payment gateways.

Final review and approval of website content before "hand-off."

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Fees for services are outlined in your project proposal. Work begins once the initial deposit is received.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of web design and the time allocated to each project, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the visual design and content of their specific Shopify store. Minax Web Solutions retains the right to use screenshots or links to the completed store in our portfolio and marketing materials (e.g., Instagram).

5. Limitation of Liability

While we build stores designed for high conversion, Minax Web Solutions does not guarantee specific sales figures or revenue outcomes. We are not liable for any third-party app failures or Shopify platform downtime.
